This wonderful microlot comes from the farm of Luiz Salazar and his wife, Mari Cruz in West Valley Costa Rica. This is a honey processed coffee, unlike most coffees which are fully washed, a bit of the mucilage (honey) remains on the seed to impart more flavors from the fruit as it dries. They have a dry mill on their family farm and are able to oversee the coffee from growth to export.
